The Cover Artwork must be created by either using Freehand, Illustrator, QuarkXpress or Photoshop at has to arrive at least 3-4 days to us before we do the Trial Printing.
Please ensure that all the character sets and graphics that are to be used are enclosed. If possible enclose a proof of the finished product as well.

All data used to create the design should be enclosed, including all source data of the pictures (EPS, TIFF, JPEG etc.). Please add all of the character sets and if necessary both the screen and print versions. All EPS files should be saved using a TIFF Preview.
If your CD design was created by using QuarkXPress, you should make sure that the file can be opened without additional Xtensions by any third party suppliers. Image Data should be saved within CMYK colour space. Spot colours (e.g. Cartridge or HKS) need to be converted to pure CMYK before saving.

Sans-serif character sets are preferable for letters smaller than 7 points. Please include all the character sets in other words the complete file and not only the embedded fonts.
In the event that characters are prohibited form being passed on, to avoid errors, the file should be converted into the directory paths.

We work with both Macintosh and Windows files, however Macintosh is the preferred format for graphics.
All of your data should be sent to us on a CDR and if at all possible it should be avoided to send data through email.
